Sorry didnt realize we were looking at two differnt locations here Location of drain plugs on 4.3 l Merc-gctid662697 07-02-2015, 10:55 PM So I went to change the anti-freeze on the closed portion of my 4.3 today, and could not locate the block drain plugs. Looking at the engine in from inside the boat, there are two on each side under the block and one (steering I think) in the front close to you halfway down to your left.
